How to make crunchy at home?

Kathmandu: Chips available in the market are not considered good for child’s health. However, it is difficult to prevent them from crunchy food. In this situation, we can make crunchy food at home easily.
‘Kheer’cooking rice, Gram and Pea’s Lentil
Cumin powder, Turmeric, Tomato powder, Baking powder
Pepper powder, Salt, Onion, Corn flour, Oil, Garlic, Sugar
Lemon and Chilly powder
To wet pulse and rice overnight,
Put the wet rice and pulse in the cooker containing water, mix the tomato powder, turmeric, cumin powder, baking powder, Chat Masala powder, salt, black salt, pepper powder, onion paste, oil and keep it cooked.
After cooking, fill this flour in the empty packet of oil and make the crunchy shape. And then fry it on oil.
Now mix a garlic powder, sugar, lemon, chilly powder, tomato powder and apply it in a bowl.
