Wonderful way of making meat soup.

Kathmandu: Meat soup is popular in Nepali kitchen. It is also easy to make. It can be made tasty by adding some materials and using some special methods.

 

Required Content:

Meat, Oil, Tomato, Onions, Cumin, Red chilly powder, Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger paste, Cassia, Salt, Meat masala, Green chilly, Cloves, Cardamoms, Coriander, Green Onions.

 

 

Method:

Put oil in a pot and fry cumin .

Then mix cloves, cardamoms, cassia, green chilly and onion.

Now put turmeric in it.

Then meat should be kept and cooked well.

After fried meat, mix it with salt, meat masala, garlic, ginger paste and red chilly powder.

After keeping all the spices, it should be fried for a few minutes.

Then it should be kept well with green onions and tomatoes.

Now it should be covered by five minutes.

Then water should be kept, and keep the coriander in the last.

Now it should be kept for five minutes and cook.
