Flood sweeps away a car in Lalitpur.
Kathmandu: The Kathmandu valley has been getting heavy rainfall since Sunday evening. Constant rainfall has affected the normal life of the people in the valley and everywhere in the nation.
Due to constant rainfall, floods have come in the entire valley’s streams. There has been huge flood in Bagmati, Hanumante, Godavari, Bishnumati and Dhobikhola.
The flood has shattered a car in Godavari of Lalitpur. ‘Ba 14 Cha 4749’ numbers car has been swept away by flood. According to police, Prem Raj Lawati is the owner of this car. The car has been taken out from the river with the help of local authorities.
According to Water and Weather Forecast the rainfall is expected today as well. There is a possibility of heavy rainfall in many parts of middle and west region today as well.
