National Democratic Party’s protest against the government

Kathmandu: The National Democratic Party of Kamal Thapa leadership has demonstrated against the government demanding peace and security in the country. National Democratic Women’s Organization, which is sister organization of National Democratic Party, protested against the government in the Maitighar Mandala of Kathmandu on Tuesday.

 

The women who came to the protest demanded the resignation of Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa. The spokesperson of the organization, Roshan Karki, informed that the protest was to stop the incident of violence and rape on women and children.

 

He also said the government was fail to maintain peace and security in the nation. The protesters have also demanded with the government to end all types of violence on women immediately.
