Kathmandu: Problem of the knee can be occurred of every age group. But, after the aging this disease will suffer. If it is continuously used to take home remedies, it can be free.


Fenugreek is a medicine for knee injury. Fenugreek must grind well and eat it every day. Eating of the one teaspoon fenugreek every morning, the knee pain will be decreases. Ginger also work as medicine of knee pain. Ginger should be grind and mixed with a mustard oil. Then that paste should be put to the knee every day.


Similarly, walnut is also a medicine for the knees problem. Eating walnut every morning with milk, decreasing the pain of knees. Coconut is a good medicine for knees pain. Every day eating dry coconut, drinking water of coconut, reduces the pain of the knee.
