Kathmandu: Eggs are beneficial for health. Due to excessive protein and elements required to body in the egg, it is healthy diet for children, young and old.
Eggs can be eaten in different ways. Egg can be eaten by making omlete or boil. Egg contain fat in yellow part and protien in white.
When eating boil egg, it increases memory strength. Likewise, eating the eggs in the morning feed the body throughout the day. Also, the boil egg makes the heart healthy.
