Pani Puri recipe (video)

Kathmandu: To make pani puri, first make puri. For that take 2 cups Semolina, 1 tablespoon flour (maida), 2 tablespoon wheat flour and mix it well. Now add water little by little and make medium soft dough.

 

Now let us rest it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, let’s mix it a bit more. And prepare bigger dough bolls. Now put oil on the surface and make it very thin and big size roll. To make puri cut it by taking a round cutter or a small bowl. Now take it in a palette. Cover it with wet cloth so that it does not go dry during frying.

 

Take oil into pan and heat it too much when the smoke starts coming out of oil. Now fry these puris one by one and dip it in oil and keep pressing it light until it gets puffs up. Fry it until its brown and take them out.
