Mint tea helps to make the body healthy and also reduce the weight. If you want to reduce weight, use the mint tea.
The way to make mint tea:
Add 2 large teaspoon mint leaves to hot water. Boil it up for 15 minutes. After boiled, add honey and taste the mint tea.
-Mint tea cleans stomach. This helps in reducing weight.
– The smell of a pudding controls the hunger.
-Mint tea controls the sugar level in the body. It reduces the desire to eat sweets.
