Kathmandu: Cabbage is used as vegetable or salad. Many micro elements like Vitamin U, Mineral, Fiber, Antioxidants including other beneficial amounts are found in cabbage. These elements removes toxin from the body and activates the body digestion system and metabolism regularly. Cabbage juice is also considered to be good for health.

 

Advantages of Cabbage:

-Mix lemon juice, salt and pepper with cabbage and eat for 2 to 4 days. It cures the the problem of constipation.
