Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Kathmandu for BIMSTEC (Video)

Kathmandu: Nepal has organized the fourth Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) conference. It is an international organization to foster socio-economic cooperation among Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bhutan and Nepal.

 

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has come to Kathmandu to attend the BIMSTEC convention. Defense Minister Ishwor Pokharel welcomed Modi, who had landed on the Tribhuvan International Airport from the airline of the Indian Air Force Corporation on Thursday morning.

 

This is the 4th visit of Prime Minister Modi in Nepal. Modi’s visit has been politically seen even though he comes to Kathmandu to attend the BIMSTEC conference.
