Kathmandu: According to the research by the National Sleep Foundation of the United States, the need for sleeping of different ages differs. The lack of sleeping regularity, drinks like alcohol, coffee and energy drinks, alarms clock, and light of day, affect the biology of human biological clock or organic clock.

 

Neonatal infants need more sleep over the age of men, it is normal for them to sleep for 19 hours.

But age also determines an important role in the need for a person’s sleep.

Newborns (3 months) from the newly born children usually have to sleep 14 to 17 hours daily, but they do not give more than 19 hours to sleep.
