‘Matar Paneer’ Recipe (Video)

Kathmandu: ‘Matar Paneer’ is the beloved food of Nepalese. Paneer is the first choice of vegetarians. One of the greatest festivals of Nepali Hindu women, Teej is nearing. Women have started inviting and arranging ‘Dar’ for their friends and dear ones ahead of Teej.  During the Teej, sweat food is eaten. The ‘Matar Paneer’ is also made in teej. In this video, the method of preparing special Matar Paneer is given with ingredients.

 

Required Content:

Green peas, Paneer, onions, Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger

Cumin seed, Coriander, Salt and Turmeric powder, Red chili,

Whole spices (Bay leaf, cinnamon, star anis, cloves, cardamom) Oil, Yogurt

 

Method

Heat the pan and fry cumin, garlic, ginger and stir it.

Then add onion and garam masala and fry.

Now add tomato and cook it well.

Then take it out and mix well in mixture.

After mixing well add gravy on heating pan and put water.
