Sandeep, who was in India for IPL 2019, has returned home on May 12, 2019, after playing a total of six matches of #IPL2019. Nepal’s leg-spinner Sandeep said playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) has completely changed his life and expressed his gratitude to Nepal Cricket Board for giving him all the support.
Lamichhane was playing for the team Delhi Capitals in the ongoing edition of the IPL. The 18-year-old spinner has become a regular member of the Delhi Capitals due to his excellent performances. Citing Sandeep’s statement “IPL has changed my life”, ICC said, “His growing international stature is evident by the fact that he’s a regular in the Delhi Capitals line-up this season, having played just three games last year.
