West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee gets angry over ‘Jai Shree Ram’ chant. An Indian politician, Mamata Banerjee currently serving as a Chief Minister in West Bengal since 2011 that belongs to the BJP was caught loosing temper on Friday when a group of people started chanting ‘Jai Shri Ram’ in front of her car asking whether it is a crime to chant the slogan in the state.


She on her way to Naihati to participate in a sit-in protest against attacked on her party cadres after the announcement of Lok Sabha poll results. On Thursday, as Banerjee was passing by Bhatpara area of North 24 Parganas District had lost her cool when some men had shouted ‘Jai Shri Ram’ as her motorcade.

Banerjee came out of her car and asked her security officials to address the name of the men raising the slogan. Once the she got into her car, the group again chanted “Jai Shri Ram”, forcing Mamata to get down from her vehicle once again. Mamata also claimed that some BJP workers came in front of her car and abused her verbally.
