In the video we have a very easy and simple way of making fried Mo Mo. Momo is a type of South Asian dumpling; native to Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, Sikkim.It is similar to Chinese baozi and jiaozi, Mongolian buuz, Japanese gyoza and Korean mandu. There can be various types of momo such as veg. momo, buff momo, cheese, paneer, chicken, pork momo and many more… today we have been providing you the recipe of veg. momo.

Here are the necessary ingredients to make delicious veg momo: 300 gram cabbage finely chopped 200 gram, paneer 1/2 cup, onion cut into small size, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp ginger and 1/2 tbsp garlic finely chopped,

 

1/2 tbsp curry powder, 1/2 tbsp cumin powder, salt to taste, 2 table spoon oil and some coriander chopped to garnish and for the best flavour. Now let’s begin. First heat a pan adding oil. Fry chopped ginger and garlic, onion, cabbage, salt to taste, red chilli powder, cumin and curry powder, black pepper powder and mix it well.
