Easy method of making Potato pickle at home (video)

Kathmandu: One of the greatest festivals of Nepali Hindu women, Teej is nearing. Women have started inviting and arranging ‘Dar’ for their friends and dear ones ahead of Teej. During the Teej, sweat food is eaten. The pickle is one of them. In this video, the method of preparing special potato pickle is given with ingredients.
Required Content:
Cucumber, boiled potato, green peas
Red chilly, ginger, garlic, green chilly
Salt, turmeric, fried and grind sesame, lemon
Fried cumin, oil, fenugreek, coriander
Method:
Grind cumin, coriander, chilly, ginger, garlic and made paste.
Put potato, cucumber, peas in a bowl and add green chilly, sesame, spice paste, salt, lemon and rest it for few minutes.
Now heat the pan and add oil and fry fenugreek.
Then add this oil on pickle and mix it well
