No arbitrary taxation, NPC Vice Chair
Kathmandu : National Planning Commission Vice Chair Dr Pushpa Kandel has urged the local levels not to collect tax arbitrarily. They could rather conduct proper study first and guarantee services to the people, he argued.
In an interaction organized in Sindhuli district coordination committee Friday, he said the responsible bodies should be alert while charging taxes to the public.
He also inspected the national pride projects constructing in the district.
He inspected Sunkoshi-Marid Diversion and Khurkot- Chiyabari Tunnel way and Mid Hill Highway’s Hetauda-Chatara Road Section today.
On the occasion, Chair Kandel urged the concerned sides to complete the construction on time.
