Jaleshwor prison waterlogged
Gaushala, Aug 1 (RSS): The Jaleshwor prison here housing the inmates from Mahottari, Dhanusha and Sarlahi districts has been waterlogged owing to torrential rain occurring for four days.
Jailer Shovendra Thakur informed that the downpour has triggered problems making the prison waterlogged.
The prison established in the Rana regime some 160 years back is located on the very low land at Ward No 2 of Jaleshwor Municipality, creating inconvenience to the inmates and prison administration during the rains.
As the rooms for office chief and administration are also boggy, it has badly hampered the daily administrative activities.
