Here is the very interesting, simple and easy to make achar.  Mula and Aalu ko Achar is all time favourite Nepali dish. It is very famous in every household in Nepal. Mainly it is prepared in special occasions such as Dashain, Tihar, Teej etc. Are you tired of eating sweets in Tihar then don’t worry here is the easy, simple and quick recipe of spicy and delicious Aalu and Mula ko Achar goes very well with rice, pulao, chiura (beaten rice).

Here are the necessary ingredients to make Aalu and Mula ko Achar: Radish, boiled potatoes, overnight soaked green peas, fresh chillis, salt, chilli powder, sesame powder, aamchur powder, ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander, vegetable oil, fenugreek seeds (Methi), turmeric powder .

 

First take a bowl and add radish, boiled potatoes, overnight soaked green peas, chopped chilli, salt, red chilli powder, sesame powder, aamchur powder, ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander and in other side heat small pan adding oil. Once oil gets heat add fenugreek seed and fry till it gets dark brown colour then add turmeric powder and pour it into the mix and  mix all the ingredients well.

 

After mixing all the ingredients well add some water and mix them well again. After that your mula and aalu ko achar is ready to be served. Before serving you even can garnish achar with fresh coriander.
